Our products
We can offer you powerful dosing technology with throughputs of up to 450L/h. Depending on the device model you may also be able to easily dose corrosive acids.
Thanks to our modular system, it is possible to extend the device all the way to a computer-monitored dosing system with exceptional ease of use and reliability.
On customer request, we can also deliver ready-to-use complete systems – for usage scenarios with smaller throughputs as well as for cross-company use or use by agricultural contractors. We can also customise mobile all-in-one solutions.
A tried and tested alternative to drying
You cannot store feed grains with a grain moisture content of >14% unless you treat it first. Apart from drying, preserving with acids or non-corrosive (NC) grain preserving products becomes more and more important.
You need to apply the preservatives to the grain and mix them with a high dosing accuracy, requiring a dosing system and a dosing screw. SILASPRAY can provide farmers and agricultural contractors with professional technology based on a modular system that can be enlarged as needed.
Depending on the product properties of the preservatives used, a storage duration of up one year is possible.
